De-Rona-ing the Company Website

Red Leaf Trees Near the Road

While taking myself off my company website, I wandered down memory lane. If you’d like to step on that road, here’re the milestones:

Timeline:

  • I started as an agent in 1992.
  • I left one broker at the end of 1995.
  • I left my second broker in 2008. That’s when I started 4 Buyers Real Estate.
  • I wrote for Boston.com from 2007-2012.
  • I stopped working as an agent early in 2016. From then on, I ran the company as my full-time job.
  • I announced my retirement to my agents in December 2022 and retired in December 2024.

What I will be doing in retirement that still looks like real estate:

Until further notice:

  • I will be available for advice and referral for my clients and my social network. I want to maintain those relationships.
  • My email and office phone number will still be functional until I choose to no longer do this work.
  • I will be guest blogging for the National Association of Exclusive Buyer’s Agents.

Writing and Press:

Because I am a natural big-mouth, I was often tapped for a pithy quote about the real estate market. I was known to real estate writers, which is how I got the blog writing gig at Boston.com.

I have also written chapters in this book or that book. None of them were good enough to brag about. I guest post for the National Association of Exclusive Buyer’s Agents. I was featured in Realtor Magazine, early on; it was so early that it never made it to the internet.

Here are the links from the best press that I collected. They were on the company site:
