Happy Groundhog’s Day!

This is the holiday in the middle of the winter. For my clients who love to ski, they feel like winter is just getting started. For my clients that hate the cold, they can’t wait for it to be spring. In any case, the vast majority of people look forward to more daylight every evening. (Sunset tonight is at 4:59. On the shortest day of this winter, it was at 4:12.) In any case, spring in real estate is just around the corner.
