It’s Election Day

I don’t take the right to vote for granted. I am considered a super voter.  I vote when the only thing on the ballot are local positions, mostly not contested. I vote in primaries. The polling place is close by; the people there are nice. I do my thing. It takes ten minutes, max. The polls open at 7 AM and close at 8 PM.
This year, there are some important things to vote about. Who will be our President? Who will be our Senator? There are also some ballot questions.
When I look to the Presidential race, an article of note for me was the one in Scientific American.  I think it is important to understand how the President thinks about science, and thus technology. There are ballot questions about death and about taxes
If you own a house or plan to, pay attention to who runs your government. It matters.
